Last Saturday afternoon, Aaliyah and Stephanie, along with some of the Boys Hope Girls Hope staff, were invited to go to the ballet performance of Romeo and Juliet. The ballet was at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House downtown.
Susan Bailey, Aaliyah’s mentor and one of our board members, was able to get tickets and backstage passes to the performance. The girls enjoyed getting to see the stage and the dancers so up close and said that the performance was beautiful.
