Emily Falkner, Senior Program Manager, oversees annual planning for programming, service learning, community learning, and financial learning opportunities for the scholars at Aurora Central High School. In addition, Emily coordinates partnerships with other youth programs to create enrichment opportunities for the scholars. Prior to joining BHGHCO in 2017, Emily spent several years in the classroom teaching high school English, pre-kindergarten, and spent a year abroad in Slovakia teaching English as a Fulbright Scholar. Emily holds a masters degree in journalism and a secondary English education certification. Emily is driven to help each scholar reach their own version of success, however each individual defines it. She hopes they find happiness, fulfillment, and achieve whatever goals they set for themselves in life.
