Tayaundra Receives Serveral Awards from Regis Jesuit High School!

Hi, my name is Tayaundra. I am a student at Regis Jesuit High School. I am going to be a sophomore next year. A few weeks ago I was surprised to receive three awards. I received awards for the honor roll by having a GPA of 3.5 or higher, the Confucius award for accomplishments in Mandarin, and the Loyola Leadership award for modeling values of a Regis Jesuit Graduate. I was not expecting these awards because I had trouble in a few of my classes such as Science and World History. I also had a lot of fun during the year, inside and outside of my classes. Outside of class, I got to hang out with friends and I started golfing at RJHS. This summer I look forward to playing volleyball and caddying for the Solich Leadership Academy. I am also going to take a Geometry course, so I can move onto Algebra 2 in the fall. There are so many things I am excited for next year such as starting beginners piano, trying out for the Regis Jesuit volleyball team, and sophomore retreat. Thanks for making the opportunities possible!
